Your posters are produced locally by VIS24 in Munich and can be individually packed and clearly labeled with your company name and order number.

Delivery can be arranged directly to your exhibition venue, congress location or hotel in Munich for a flat delivery fee of €50.00 per order.

Please provide the complete venue or hotel name, delivery address and, where applicable, your company name, exhibitor name, hall and stand number with your order.

Collection from VIS24 can also be arranged.

1. Select your poster size and quantity: Choose the required standard size and number of posters. For special sizes, please contact us before ordering.
2. Complete your order & payment: Place your order and pay securely online. Production begins after full payment has been received.
3. Send your artwork: Send your print-ready PDF via WeTransfer.com to produktion@vis24.de. Please include your order number with your artwork.
4. Tell us where you need it: If delivery to an exhibition venue, congress location or hotel in Munich is required, please provide the complete delivery information with your order.
5. We take care of the rest: VIS24 produces your posters locally in Munich, packs them securely and prepares them for delivery or collection.

Please provide your artwork as a print-ready PDF using the following specifications:

• Artwork size: Create your artwork at the exact finished poster size ordered
• Bleed: 3 mm / 0.12 in on all sides
• Scale: 1:1
• File format: PDF only
• Color mode: CMYK
• Color profile: ISO Coated v2 (ECI)
• Fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines.
• Images should be supplied at sufficient resolution for the final print size.

Artwork Submission:

Need a special poster size, a different material or particularly fast production? Special sizes are available on request.
