Retractable Banner for ISTA 2026

1. Select your quantity: Choose the number of retractable banners required.
2. Complete your order & payment: Place your order and pay securely online. Production begins only after full payment has been received.
3. Send your artwork: Send your print-ready PDF via WeTransfer.com to vertrieb@vis24.de. Please include your order number with your artwork.
4. Meet the deadline: Your order, payment and print-ready artwork must be received by September 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon), Munich time.
5. We take care of the rest: VIS24 produces and assembles your retractable banner and delivers it directly to the event.

Please provide your artwork as a print-ready PDF using the following specifications:

• Document size: 850 × 2150 mm
• Visible area: 850 × 2000 mm
• Bottom roll-in area: 150 mm
  150 mm Bottom Roll-In Area
  Extend the background artwork through the additional 150 mm bottom area. This section is rolled into the cassette and will not be visible when the banner is in use. Do not place text, logos or other important content in this area.
• Bleed: 3 mm / 0.12 in on all sides
• Scale: 1:1
• File format: PDF only
• Color mode: CMYK
• Color profile: ISO Coated v2 (ECI)
• Fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines.

Artwork Submission:

Your retractable banner will be produced and assembled locally in Munich. All ISTA 2026 exhibitor orders will be consolidated by VIS24 and delivered directly to BMW Welt Munich for the event from September 15–18, 2026.

No individual shipping to Germany or transportation of the display to the event venue is required.
