The ZipperWall Fabric Display is available in three standard sizes. Its curved construction creates a large freestanding presentation surface without requiring wall mounting.

The different depths of the three sizes create the characteristic curved shape and allow the ZipperWall to stand freely without additional wall fixing.

The ZipperWall graphic is printed on high-quality polyester display fabric. Its finely textured matte surface reduces unwanted reflections and provides a professional presentation of logos, photography and large-format graphics.

The printed fabric is pulled over the complete aluminium frame and closed using the integrated zipper. This tensions the graphic around the structure while largely concealing the frame.

The textile graphic can be folded for transport. Minor creases will normally disappear once the fabric is stretched over the frame.

Please note: The fabric does not contain a complete blackout layer. With very light artwork or significantly different graphics on the front and reverse, the opposite graphic may be slightly visible through the material.

The ZipperWall Fabric Display Wall can be used with either single-sided or double-sided printing.

For a freestanding exhibition display, we recommend the double-sided printed version. This transforms both sides of the ZipperWall into professional presentation surfaces.

The front and reverse can feature different artwork. For example, one side can be used for corporate branding while the reverse promotes a product, campaign or second brand message.

Please note that the textile does not have a complete blackout barrier. With very light artwork, the graphic printed on the opposite side may be slightly visible.

The ZipperWall is designed for quick and simple installation at trade shows and events. No tools or professional exhibition contractor are required.

1. Connect the individual aluminium frame tubes.
2. Position the complete curved frame.
3. Pull the printed fabric graphic over the frame.
4. Close the integrated zipper to tension the graphic.

After the event, simply remove the fabric, dismantle the aluminium frame and store everything compactly in the supplied transport bag.

This makes the ZipperWall particularly suitable for companies attending multiple trade shows and events that want a display system they can transport and install themselves.

Already own a ZipperWall? A new replacement fabric graphic can be ordered separately and fitted to your existing frame.

The aluminium frame remains in use while only the printed fabric cover is replaced. This allows the display to be updated quickly for new products, exhibitions, events or seasonal campaigns.

Replacing only the textile graphic makes the ZipperWall an economical and reusable solution for companies attending multiple events throughout the year.

Important: Please select the replacement graphic corresponding to your existing 3 m, 4 m or 5 m ZipperWall.

A dedicated print template is available for each ZipperWall size. Please always use the correct template for the selected 3 m, 4 m or 5 m version.

Because the printed fabric wraps around the curved frame and is subsequently sewn, the artwork dimensions cannot be created using only the visible front width of the display.

• Preferred file format: Print-ready PDF
• Fonts: Embed all fonts or convert them to outlines
• Images: Use sufficient resolution for the final display size
• Important text and logos: Keep away from edges, seams and zipper areas
• Front and reverse: For different graphics, prepare both sides according to the relevant print template

The standard production time for a custom-printed ZipperWall is approximately one week after approval of print-ready artwork.
